Guide

Guide

A concise guide to the current Billable Snap workflow: Today, People, Log, activity review, and billable records.

The current product shape

Billable Snap is built around three visible areas that keep daily tracking straightforward.

  • Set up people and projects
  • Track work as it happens
  • Review before saving
  • Use log for recent history

Today

See what is active, what was just tracked, and what still needs review.

People

Manage the people you work for and the projects that belong to each one.

Log

Review recent saved entries, check billable time, and correct reasonable history when needed.

A short, reliable workflow

The product is intentionally centered on a few steps that repeat cleanly throughout the day.

01

Set up people and projects

Create the people you work for, then add projects underneath them for clean context.

02

Track work as it happens

Start an activity, pause if needed, and stop when the session is done.

03

Review before saving

Use stop review to confirm the record instead of letting every timer action become final by default.

04

Use log for recent history

Keep recent work readable, make small corrections when necessary, and check billable totals.

What the website does not claim

No cloud sync

The current app does not promise multi-device sync or server-hosted backups.

No team platform

There is no collaboration layer, shared dashboard, or account management system.

No billing suite

Billable durations are supported, but export, invoicing, and analytics are not part of this version.
